A new show for listed property owners is coming to Malvern.
The Listed Property Show, organised by the Listed Property Owners’ Club and supported by Historic England, is set to take place at the Three Counties Showground on the weekend of October 23 and 24.
The event, which has a £20 entry fee, will offer free consultations with conservation officers and advice on various topics ranging from damp control to legal matters.
It aims to help property owners navigate the unique challenges and obligations of owning a listed building.
The event will be from 9am to 5pm on both days.
