Savage said: "I am thrilled at the opportunity to work with The Coach House Theatre and to nurture the creativity of young performers.

"Pop In Performers will give children a space to explore their talents, and I’m excited to help them grow and thrive on stage."

The group is open to children and teens of all experience levels, offering a range of opportunities both on stage and behind the scenes.

Planned productions will include a mix of classic plays, musicals, and new works, with a strong focus on community involvement.

Chris Bassett, executive trustee of the theatre, said: "Poppy Savage is an experienced theatre director and performer and has worked with young people for over ten years.

"Her background in teaching music and drama has shaped her approach to working with young performers and delivering high-quality, inclusive productions."
