A talk about J.R.R. Tolkien by a world expert has been cancelled.
John Garth, who was due to speak at the Coach House Theatre on Sunday (October 13), is unable to attend after his family home in the southern USA was damaged by hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Malvern Theatres Box Office will issue refunds.
The talk was expected to address incorrect beliefs about the inspiration behind Tolkien's 'Lord of the Rings'.
The organiser will be present at the theatre on Sunday to update anyone who arrives.
