John Garth will present an illustrated talk at The Coach House Theatre in Malvern, on Sunday, October 13 at 3pm.
The talk, titled The Worlds of J.R.R. Tolkien: Places that Inspired Middle-earth, will explore the landscapes in England and Wales that inspired the author of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
Garth will debunk popular myths and misconceptions about Tolkien's inspirations.
