The owners of a Malvern Link café have completed a squat challenge for a mental health charity.
Michelle Jenkins and Claire Dockerill, of SunBeans café, did 100 squats a day to raise money for the Samaritans.
The idea came from a customer who volunteers for the charity.

The café, which offers not only tea and cake but also UV tanning machines, has thrown its support behind a range of good causes.
The owners back Cancer Research, the 'Kids Eat Free' initiative, and the 'Pay it Forward' scheme, where customers can pay for a drink or food for someone in need.
The squat challenge was part of the café September initiative to support the Worcester branch of the Samaritans.
The charity provides an important service, offering a listening ear to anyone in distress.
The Worcester branch recruits and trains up to 30 new volunteers each year.
People can get involved in various ways, including through fundraising and volunteering.
The charity can be contacted on 07801 981308 or through its website at samaritans.org.
Looking ahead, the café will host a raffle draw on Saturday (October 5), with prizes to be donated by community businesses.
