A leading Worcestershire estate agency has won two 'gold' awards for sales and lettings.

Nicol & Co, which has offices in Worcester, Droitwich and Malvern, won the gold awards after being recognised in the Best Estate Agent Guide, having been assessed alongside 99.6 per cent of UK estate agents.

The awards will be presented to managing director Matt Nicol and the team at the EA Masters, the most prestigious event in the UK estate agency calendar, which includes a gala dinner celebration on Tuesday, November 5 at Evolution London in Battersea.

Last year, Nicol & Co won the title of Sales Agency of the Year, beating 13,080 estate agency firms nationwide, and went on to achieve a hat-trick, securing the titles of 'Best Sales' and 'Best Sales & Lettings' in the two to five office categories.

This year’s conference will highlight the theme 'Dare to Win', focusing on "taking smart risks, challenging the status quo" and challenging agents to push themselves out of their comfort zone.

For every property sold, the estate agency donates £100 to the school or community organisation of the seller’s choice.

The business' community fund has donated £70,050 since the fund was launched in 2021, with more than £12,000 donated in its first year.
