IN response to the letter in the Malvern Gazette (from David Fellows, September 20).

Yes, many people are affected by these inconsiderate drivers of cars with special features, and in particular motorbikes, that use the souped-up exhaust systems so they can rev up and pop the exhaust to build up the excitement.

READ: David Fellows' letter

I live in a residential area of Malvern and the noise levels of this are surely are above the permitted levels.

I have spoken to other people who say they cringe as do I whenever this happens.

On a nice summer’s day you can hear they ride a circle around the town.

The sound echoes along the main road up to top Malvern.

ON reading David Fellows’ letter, I have to agree that other people’s excessive noise is clearly anti-social behaviour.

The perpetrator has no concern or respect for the residents enduring such racket.

I’m sure they would think twice if they were trying to enjoy a quiet, relaxing weekend.

Yes, the police should investigate and slap an ASBO on them.
