HOPEFUL homeowners said they are 'frustrated' with 'no information' on what's happening with the nearly complete homes standing empty on a former Malvern defence site.
The long-running saga surrounding the development of 33 homes on the former former QinetiQ site took another dramatic turn in June when developer Piper Homes went into administration.
A resident has contacted the Gazette saying she has been left 'incredibly frustrated' after claiming she was waiting to move into one of the homes on the site off the Thirlstane Road, Court Road and St Andrew's Road junction.
She further claimed she had originally hoped she would move in by Christmas 2023 but still had no clue when the moving-in date was.

Cllr Malcolm Victory told the Gazette he had failed to get in touch with administrators from FRP Advisory, which now represent Piper Homes, to find out more information on what was happening.
Cllr Victory told the Gazette: "I am very distressed that this situation has occurred despite the best efforts of myself and the district council to get the developer to finish the job.
"The houses are still unoccupied, and since the developer went into administration there has been no further information.
"When I was chasing this matter up last year the gas supply had not been connected, but I am now told this has been done.
"The developer is still obliged to re-surface the lane to the entrance before sale of any property."
Permission for the homes was granted to developers Piper Homes in 2020 but the plans were altered and reapproved in 2022 as an electrical substation's location was changed.
But with a large number of homes seemingly close to completion, work on site was suddenly stalled for around two years.
Dame Harriett Baldwin, MP for West Worcestershire, added: “I’ve been pressing for the completion of the new houses and roads at the former QinetiQ site and the failure of Piper Homes was clearly a huge setback for people who are waiting to get into these properties.
“It has been a concern that I have been raising for nearly a year and I feel for all the people who have been affected by these serious delays."
The Gazette has contacted administrators appointed to Piper Homes for comment but we had no response.
