TRAINS travelling to Worcester and Malvern today could be cancelled at short notice.
National Rail has confirmed fewer trains will be able to run between Birmingham New Street and Great Malvern via Worcester Foregate Street throughout today (Saturday, September 14).
The alterations to this West Midlands Railway route will also impact those travelling to University, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa and Malvern Link.
The alterations are necessary as a member of the train crew is unavailable.
As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised, with disruption expected until the end of the day.
A rail replacement bus service is in operation between Bromsgrove and Great Malvern via Worcester.
Rail replacement buses will also be in place between Great Malvern and Hereford, via Ledbury, with all lines closed due to engineering work taking place between Colwall and Hereford.
