Travel through 2,000 years of history at the biggest battle re-enactment in the region.

The Worcestershire Living History Show, organised by Worcester Re-enactors, will see more than 800 soldiers and civilians, spanning from Roman times to both World Wars.

The battles will take you all the way from the Roman Empire through the Medieval Era, English Civil Wars, the Napoleonic period and beyond.

Brian Bullock, chairman of Worcester Re-enactors, said: "This event is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to step back in time and experience history in a hands-on, exciting way.

"It’s our biggest show yet, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone in Upton and beyond."

The event will also include food and drink stalls, a beer tent, and a market.

Tickets are £10 for adults, £5 for children aged five to 16, and free for children under five.

The event is set to take place on Fish Meadow in Upton. Saturday, September 21 from 10am until 5pm and Sunday, September 22 from 10am until 4pm.
