A WOMAN has been injured after she was attacked with a blade in Malvern. 

The attack happened on Knapp Way and resulted in an ambulance attending. 

The victim was struck by the weapon at 8.30pm on Saturday, September 7. 

Police are now appealing for witnesses who may have seen the attack.

Detective Constable Benjamin Kings said: “We believe this to be an isolated incident and do not think there to be any risk to the wider public.

"I would like to hear from anybody who may have seen the incident that night or from anyone who may have any information that would help with the investigation”.
