POLICE have launched an investigation after a car crashed into the wall of a cemetery.
The incident happened at the Great Malvern Cemetery and police were called at around 8.40am yesterday (August 20) morning.
The vehicle, a white BMW, was left on top of the remaining wall before it was retrieved by two recovery trucks around six hours later.
The crash happened near the entrance to the cemetery car park and much of the front of the vehicle was damaged.
A large part of the brick wall has been damaged and will need replacing as well as the metal gates that had to be bent to remove the car.
