Stars Seann Walsh, Chris Harper and Aden Gillett are soon to grace the Malvern Theatre's stage in the multi-award winning play, ART.
Presented by Joshua Beaumont and Original Theatre, and directed by Iqbal Khan, the show starts its tour in Autumn 2024.
The hilarious, clever play, which picked up Best Comedy at the Olivier, Tony and Moliere Awards, will bring together the talents of Mr Walsh, a famous comedian, Mr Harper of 'Call the Midwife' and 'Coronation Street' fame, and Mr Gillett, who appeared in 'The Crown' and 'The House of Elliot'.
Overseeing this new production is director Mr Khan, known for 'East is East' at the National Theatre and 'Othello' at RSC.
ART delves into the blurred lines between art and reality as three friends find themselves embroiled in a spirited debate over a contemporary all-white painting purchase.
What begins as a light-hearted conversation soon spirals into a riotous discussion, providing audiences with a sharp exploration of art, love and friendship that will continue to resonate after the curtain falls.
The tour kicks off at Lighthouse Poole, travelling through a host of theatres before reaching Malvern on September 24.
With director Mr Khan, set and lighting designer Ciaran Bagnall, composer and sound designer Max Pappenheim, and associate director Olivia Millar-Ross leading a skilled creative team, residents can look forward to an unforgettable night.
Running for an hour and 20 minutes without an interval, ART has an age restriction of 12 plus.
