THE cheapest and most expensive streets in Great Malvern have been revealed.

The data from the professional fast sales company Property Solvers showed where the highest and lowest-priced homes are found across the Great Malvern postcodes based on prices over the last five years.

The firm tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019.

Over that time, three properties were sold on Brockhill Road for an average of £880,333.

Three properties were sold on Christ Church Road for an average of £836,400, while The Lees saw four properties sell for an average of £812,500.

On the flip side, the cheapest streets include Worcester Road, where it cost £91,722 on average to buy one of the 18 homes that sold over the past five years.

On Prospect Close, three properties sold for an average of £96,650.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Westminster Bank sold for £1,396,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £70,000 and under on Priory Road and Prospect Close."
