Malvern Hills saw the second largest fall in house prices in the West Midlands last year.
New data revealed by architectural visualisation experts at Modunite showed that house prices in Malvern Hills decreased by 7.7 percent year-on-year.
Property values in the area dropped from £336,935 in 2021-2022 to £312,728 in 2022-2023.
Despite the decrease, Modunite's research indicated that Malvern Hills' house prices remain 21 percent higher than the regional average.

The expert's findings also revealed that the West Midlands is the fifth cheapest region to buy a home, with average house prices standing at £256,650, which is four percent higher than the East Midlands.
The area to experience the largest drop was Newcastle-under-Lyme, with house prices falling by 8.1 percent year-on-year.
This was the lowest of all local authorities in the West Midlands.
House prices stood at £203,622 between 2021-2022, down to £188,415 the following year.
This means Newcastle-under-Lyme's house prices are 26 percent less than the West Midlands average.
