Towards the south of the county, near the Welsh borders, the Garden of the Wind at Walterstone is positioned at the foothills of the Black Mountains.

This appealing new garden on the county's map boasts a planting scheme rich in herbaceous plants and grasses surrounding a stony farmhouse.

The garden has a unique architectural bridge which has been featured in the Sunday Times.

In the northern part of the county, visitors can expect a treat at Moors Meadow, located in Collington on the outskirts of Bromyard.

This multiple award-winning garden stretches over seven acres of organic space.

Visitors with a keen interest in plants can also pick up an unusual specimen from the large selection available to take home.

The famed Picton Gardens remains a firm favourite for those on the eastern border with Worcestershire.
