COUNTER Terrorism are investigating offensive symbols that have been drawn and scratched onto equipment at a Malvern play park.
West Mercia Police has been made aware of the swastikas which have been drawn and scratched onto equipment at the West Malvern play park.
Images have now been sent to the police counter-terrorism team for information.
Other graffiti has been noticed at the park, including writing on a bench.
The parish council is aware and in the process of arranging for it to be removed.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We have been made aware of some graffiti in the West Malvern play park that includes swastikas drawn and scratched onto some of the equipment and writing on a bench.
"Photographs have been sent to the police Counter Terrorism Team for information, which is our standard procedure in these types of incidents.
"The local policing team will be conducting patrols in the area over the summer.
"If you see us while we’re out on patrol please stop us to say hello and have a chat."
