REPAIRS are set to take place at Malvern Council House.
The Grade II* listed building is used as offices for Malvern Hills District Council and as a wedding venue.
A range of minor repairs will be carried out in the building, which was formerly known as Priory Mansion.
Decorating will also take place throughout.
Planning officer Clare Bull said the most invasive work would be to open up a fixed closed window on the first floor of the building.
Parts of the conservatory that were repaired about a decade ago using softwood will now be replaced with hardwood.
An application for listed building consent was approved by Malvern Hills District Council’s planning committee on Wednesday (July 17).
