St Saviours Surgery has been revealed as Malvern's best, with 89 per cent of the patients who replied describing their overall experience as good.

In addition, 88 per cent said they found it easy to get through to the surgery on Merick Road by phone and 58 per cent said it was easy to contact the practice using their website.

And only 1 per cent of those taking part in the survey said their experience of Whiteacres was very poor, with 2 per cent describing it as fairly poor.

3. Malvern Health Centre

Malvern Heath Centre, on Prospect View, had 72 per cent of their patients describe their overall experience as good.

From those who responded, 61 per cent found it easy to contact Malvern Health Centre using their website, but just 33 per cent said they were able to contact them by phone easily.

4. New Court Surgery

New Court surgery, at 74 per cent, had a slightly higher portion of their patients describe their overall experience as good.

However, 10 per cent of patients who responded to the survey said they had a 'very poor' experience, while a further 2 per cent described their experience as 'fairly poor.'

And 58 per cent said they found it easy to get through to New Court Surgery by phone, with 44 per cent able to easily contact the practice using their website.

A spokesperson for Malvern Town PCN said: “While all patient surveys are helpful in providing useful data on how we can improve our services, it’s important to remember that staff in every single one of our practices work extremely hard to deliver care to our patient community.

"We believe every interaction with our patients is important, and we thank our patients for helping our teams in General Practice through what has been an incredibly challenging few years through their ongoing feedback and continued support.”
