Malvern Hills Trust is undergoing a public consultation to modernise.
For the first time in 30 years, the 140-year-old organisation plans to update its governing acts.
Drop-in consultation sessions are set for Saturday (June 8) at Callow End Village Hall from 1.30pm to 5.30pm.
The trust's CEO Deborah Fox said: "The proposals are about making the Trust fit for the 21st century.
"In the light of a changing climate, economic challenges, and an increased number of visitors, we need to be able we need to be able to adapt and evolve."
