A TOP comedian will be bringing his new year-long tour to Worcestershire which starts later in 2024.
Jack Dee, known for his sarcasm, irony and deadpan humour, is going to be performing at Malvern Theatres.
But fans will have to wait until Thursday, February 20 next year to see him at the county venue’s Festival Theatre doing his Small World show.
For anyone who misses out on tickets which are available now, Dee will also be close to the county when he takes to the stage at The Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury, on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
Dee is also heading to Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham, on Saturday, January 18 next year, Birmingham’s Hippodrome on Sunday, March 23 and Wolverhampton’s Grand Theatre on Sunday, October 5, 2025.
Firmly established as one of Britain’s biggest comedy stars, the 62-year-old has captured the imagination of audiences and critics alike with his dry humour and deadpan delivery over the last four decades.
He won’t be addressing culture wars, the environment, British foreign policy or social justice.
Instead, Dee doubles down on his fascination with the meaningless small things of life like Zoom protocol, what’s new in the world of radiators and the worst careers advice office in the world.
The regular host on BBC television show Have I Got News For You will guide the audience through his varied life and career.
A regular on BBC Radio 4, Dee was the first winner of Celebrity Big Brother in 2001.
He co-hosts the hit podcast Oh My Dog! and co-wrote and starred in sitcoms Lead Balloon and Bad Move.
Dee recently recorded his stand-up special Jack Dee Off The Telly at The Comedy Store in London’s West End.
