A PRIMARY school in Worcestershire has been partly closed due to a health concern.
Great Malvern Primary School, based on the Lydes Road in Malvern, is closed for four year groups, ranging from Reception to Year 3.
The school announced today (Thursday) that it had taken the decision, with support from the UK Health Agency, to partially close the school.
Parents were advised to collect their children in those year groups at 1pm from the school's office.
The school thanked parents for their co-operation in these unforeseen events.
"Unfortunately, we have to had make the decision, with the support of the UK Health Agency, to partially close the school," a statement from the school read.
"Please collect any children in Reception, Year 1, 2, & 3 at 1pm today, or as close to this time as possible from the office.
"If you are unable to collect by 2pm, please contact the school urgently to inform us of this.
"Thank you for your understanding and co-operation."
