A MALVERN training company has been handed a regional accolade.
Turner Corner Learning Solutions was recently awarded the esteemed Best Customer Service Training Provider - West Midlands 2023/24 honour from the Central England Prestige Awards.
Founded in 2016 by Jacqui, husband-and-wife team Peter and Jacqui Turner now run the company which has helped organisations right across the United Kingdom boost customer satisfaction through tailored training programmes focused on delivering service excellence.
Peter Turner said: "With nearly 30 years' training experience, Turner Corner’s award-winning methodology develops employees’ skills, mindsets and capabilities, enabling all businesses to achieve fantastic returns on their investment.
"We are delighted to receive the award recognising what we do to support companies in improving their customer service and absolutely love being based in Malvern having relocated here from Wales six years ago."
