Malvern Fire Station has applied for permission to use its existing yard area to store caravans to accommodate staff.
The change of usage is one of several planning proposals put forward to Malvern Hill District Council this week.
Suzanne Smith at 7 Hop Pole Green, Leigh Sinton are seeking permission to construct a single storey rear and side extension.

An application has also been made for 229 Worcester Road by Ms K. Giles, to convert and extend a redundant retail storeroom into a residential flat.
Charles Owen has submitted plans for a field off Howsell Road, previously used as railway sidings, to transform the area into an open storage facility, while the existing onsite building will be retained and repaired for office use.
Stephen Tizard has put forward plans for Excel Of Malvern Ltd, located on Spring Lane, to revamp its first-floor office into a letting apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom, requiring no external structural changes.
Another green initiative is seen at Upton Surgery, in Tunnel Hill, where Nelly Palmer has proposed for the installation of 160 solar panels to provide 85.6 kWp power on the rooftop of Upton Medical Centre.
