A WOMAN is accused of breaching her criminal behaviour order (CBO) by making more nuisance 999 calls to police.
Lorraine Cash, of Moat Crescent, Malvern, has been charged with three breaches of her CBO.
She is accused of calling police on 999, without there being a genuine emergency, on September 26, October 10 and October 17 this year.
Cash was originally handed a community protection notice. In November 2022, she admitted 24 breaches which led to her being placed on a stricter CBO.
The CBO, which lasts two years, has a number of conditions including prohibiting her from contacting police unless in a genuine emergency and contacting police officers directly.
Cash is yet to plead to the new charges.
The 56-year-old has been told to attend Worcester Magistrates Court on January 30 for a plea hearing.
Cash has conditional bail which includes the conditions she must live and sleep each night at her Moat Crescent address.
