A REFRESHING opportunity has arisen at the new community hub building in Malvern Link.
Tenders are invited for a café tenancy at the planned Malvern Town Council base which will be in Victoria Park.
As well as the café with outdoor seating, the building will include new offices, two meeting rooms, a locker room for sports clubs and public toilets.
