A man was taken to hospital after a car hit a building near Malvern.
Fire crews from Worcester, Malvern and Droitwich attended the crash in Madresfield at about 10.30pm on Sunday, December 17, as well as the fire service’s Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team.
“A vehicle was in collision with a single-storey barn, to which gas and electrics were isolated,” said a Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesman.
“The vehicle was on all four wheels, no persons were trapped and there were no casualties.
“The building was shored up and made structurally sound by the USAR team.
“Police also attended and the road was closed.”
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Around 10.25am yesterday (Sunday, December 17) we were called to a report a car had collided with a commercial property on the C2102 in Madresfield village, Worcestershire.
“One man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.”
