FIVE police cars attended a Malvern road at the weekend after strong winds blew out glass from a property which shattered across the street.
Police were called to Graham Road, near the junction with Church Street, on Saturday, (December 9) at 4.15pm.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "Initially we didn’t know what was happening so sent a few units to attend.
"Officers attended to find shards of glass over the road and closed the road to protect the public.
Once it was established what had happened, apart from one unit, the rest left the area.
"The road remained closed until the road had been cleared."
An eyewitness originally told us a window had blown out from an upstairs flat, due to the heavy winds.
