FLOOD alerts for the River Salwarpe and River Avon remain in place this morning.
As previously reported the alerts were first issued by the Environment Agency at the weekend.
The River Salwarpe warning says: "River levels have risen overnight at the Harford Hill river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.
"Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible from 09.30am today, (December 4).
"We expect flooding to affect low-lying land and roads adjacent to the river from Catshill to Hawford.
"Other areas that may be affected include Stoke Heath, Elmley Lovett, Droitwich Spa and Ombersley."
Flooding is also likely in Evesham. The alert for the River Avon says: "River levels have risen this morning at the Evesham river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.
"Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is expected from 10am today, (December 4).
"We expect flooding to affect low-lying land and roads adjacent the River Avon from Abbotts Salford to Tewkesbury.
"Other locations that may be affected include Offenham, Evesham, Twyning and the Eckington Road."
The Environment Agency says it is closely monitoring the situation on both rivers.
There are currently no warnings issued for the River Severn, but that will also be being monitored as the river level is now rising.
The river level is currently (8.10am) at 1.14 metres, 24 hours earlier having been at 0.77m.
