TRAFFIC has been backing up through the middle of Great Malvern due to roadworks on Bellevue Terrace.
There were queues of drivers on Wednesday, November 22 with the multi-way temporary traffic lights scheduled from Tuesday, November 21 until the evening of Thursday, November 23.
The fibre optics work near the junction with St Ann's Road and Worcester Road is being carried out by Full Fibre Limited, according to the Worcestershire County Council website.
There remains long-running two-way traffic lights further up the A449 on the Wells Road between Little Malvern and the British Camp car park due to a collapse of the hillside and damage to the road.
