A Malvern shop is celebrating its 18th birthday.

Iapetus Gallery in Great Malvern is holding a party on Saturday (November 18) with all welcome.

Customers are invited to enjoy a slice of birthday cake, take a pick from the lucky dip of special offers and enjoy up to 25% off purchases on the day.

Members of the gallery’s loyalty scheme will also earn double points on the day.

Iapetus Gallery was launched in 2005 by Anna Brook and Chris Marks in a cosy shop next door to their current location.

The shop quickly blossomed into a hub of jewellery, expanding to encompass an assortment of handmade goodies.

In 2008, Iapetus found its new home, next door to its original birthplace on Belle Vue Terrace. Today, it has three rooms brimming with handcrafted treasures including jewellery, gifts, home accessories, artwork and greetings cards.

"We're incredibly proud to reach this milestone," said Anna.

"We're immensely grateful for the unwavering support of our wonderful local customers, many of whom have been with us since day one.

“Over the years, we've forged strong bonds with our artists, many of whom we now consider dear friends."

Chris added: "Despite the challenges we've faced over the past few years, we've remained committed to the principles that define Iapetus - we only offer high-quality handmade items that we genuinely love, we source from ethically responsible businesses, we support small makers and individuals, we strive to minimise our environmental impact, and we always aim to surprise and delight our customers.

“We can't wait to celebrate with them this Saturday."

Iapetus Gallery will be open from 9.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday.
