A PUB'S proposal of seven holiday lodges, a car park and a shop has been given the green light by Malvern Hills District Council.
The approved conversion at Bear and Ragged Staff on Station Road, Bransford, is amongst this week's planning applications and decisions by the council.
The development consists of the transformation of an existing outbuilding into a shop, with a block of six single-storey holiday lodges and another two-bed holiday lodge also to be constructed.

In addition, the pub's car park will undergo a reconfiguration to introduce a one-way system and a new exit onto Station Road.
Other significant decisions include the change of use of End House and Middle House at Orleton House into three short term holiday lets, which was approved.
Tenbury CofE Primary School's construction of a detached single-storey nursery building will go ahead.
Also approved were extensions to the ground and first floor at 80 Tanhouse Lane and a rear single storey to create a level access shower at 79 Beauchamp Road, both of which are in Malvern.
The demolition of a conservatory and the construction of a two-storey side extension was greenlit at Baytree Cottage on Gilberts End in Worcester.
Several planning applications were also received by the council, headlined by a proposal of the development of up to five dwellings at Pendock Garage in Gloucester.
Plans at Eastham Memorial Hall in Tenbury Wells have been resubmitted for a single-storey extension.
Other proposals included a single-storey rear extension at Chapel Cottage in Storridge and a two-storey and single-storey side extension, which involves the demolition of a single-story garage and a conservatory at 63 Britten Drive, Malvern.
Part-two storey and part-single-storey extensions to Stable End in Grimley are also in the plans.
Another highlight includes a proposal for the erection of an office over a garage at 62 Lower Howsell Road in Malvern.
Old Byre on Dingle Road in Worcester has applied for build a summerhouse, while the Wain House on the same road is hoping to develop a garden room.
Ham Farm House, Worcester wants to construct a single-storey extension following the demolition of its current extension, while Whakatu on Primrose Close in Malvern has proposed a single-storey rear extension.
Belle View Villa at 194 Worcester Road in Malvern has been proposed for an extension to the existing garage, which will have a change of use into a living space.
Proposals have been received for Little Monksfield Farm in Malvern, where an agricultural building could be developed into a dwellinghouse, while at Lucie's Farm in Worcester the self-build of one dwelling has been applied for.
