Bonfire Night is almost upon us, so let’s look at some of the fireworks displays taking place in Worcestershire.
Before we get started, a quick mention to the low noise fireworks event taking place at Churchfields in Droitwich, which is sold out.
And there are plenty of places in the county that offer fantastic vantage points from which to see a number of displays, such as the Malvern Hills and Fort Royal Park in Worcester.
Greatest Showman Firework Spectacular, Worcester
This family event is advertised as ‘low noise’ and takes place on Saturday, October 28 at Worcester Norton Cricket Club.
Food vendors including Hillbillies, Roly Poly Eats and Norton Chocolate Company will be there, as well as fresh coffee and other hot drinks from Winnie’s Horse Box.
The bar will be open and there will be a fun fair for the children.

Bonfire Night, Angel Inn, Pershore
The Angel Inn will be celebrating Bonfire Night in its riverside garden next to the River Avon.
Gates open at 5pm on Saturday, November 4. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm, fireworks will start about 7.30pm and the event will end at 9pm.
There’ll be live music from Worcester-based singers Mel & Him, plus entertainment from fire breathers and stunt performers.

Kempsey Village Fireworks
This event organised by Friends of Kempsey Primary PTFA takes place on Saturday, November 4 with gates opening at 4pm.
There will be hot food stalls, a bar, Lovely Jubbly tea room along with rides and a glow stall.

Scouts bonfire and fireworks, Rushwick
The 10th Worcester (Crown East) Scout Group is organising a bonfire event on Saturday, November 4.
