A MERCEDES driver from Malvern has been fined after being caught speeding.
William Cooper, of Whitethorn Grove, was caught breaking the 40mph speed limit on the A417 in Nettleton Bottom, Gloucestershire.
The case was dealt with by Cheltenham Magistrates Court as part of a single justice procedure and Cooper was sentenced on August 22.
The 62-year-old was fined £220 and told to pay an £88 victim surcharge and costs of £90. He also had his licence endorsed with three points.
