A 72-YEAR-OLD man is accused of exposing his genitals and assaulting emergency workers.
Alan Bishop, of Ranelagh Road, Malvern, is accused of exposure and two charges of assault by beating of an emergency worker.
All the offences are alleged to have taken place on May 18 in Malvern.
The prosecution alleges Bishop intentially exposed his genitals so that someone could see them, and assaulted PC Walker and PC Richardson.
Bishop was not present at the hearing of the case at Worcester Magistrates Court on July 4.
The case was adjourned until August 1 when Bishop could enter a plea.
Bishop was given unconditional bail.
