FOUR Irish women verbally abused and threatened staff while shoplifting at a Co-op convenience store.
Police have said that the four women were shoplifting from the Worcester Road Co-op store in Malvern at 7pm on Thursday, June 8.
PC Dee Stanley, of the Kempsey and Alfrick safer neighbourhood policing team, said:
"At approximately 7pm, on Thursday, June 8, Co-op Stores, Worcester Road, Malvern had four Irish females in store shoplifting.
"They ran out of the store with loads of bags of items without paying for them.
"They were also abusive towards staff in-store and were threatening. There were two adult females and two younger females.

"One adult female was wearing a light blue t-shirt with Navy Shorts, another was wearing red shorts and a white t-shirt, all had brown hair and were a large build."
