A LARGE tree trunk blocking a major county road prompted numerous calls to the police.
The tree trunk was in the middle of the road on Blackmore Park Road in Welland, Malvern.
Mr Whatmore said he was driving in the area when he came across the fallen tree, and reported it to emergency services.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "We did respond, after several calls, at around 8.40pm last night of a large tree across the road on Blackmore Park Road in Welland.
"Highways were requested to attend to remove from the carriageway."
We have contacted Worcestershire County Council's Highways and Travel Team for more information.
