A MAN is accused of drug driving on the M5.
Shaun Burgess, of Lancaster Close, Upton, is accused of driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the motorway when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine - a breakdown product of cocaine - was above the legal limit.
The prosecution alleges the offence took place on May 9 last year.

The court clerk told magistrates that it was understood the 58-year-old was not present at Worcester Magistrates Court for his hearing on Tuesday, (April 11), for a medical reason.
Burgess' case was adjourned for four weeks for more enquiries to be made.
