A 36-YEAR-old man has been warned he is facing jail for ABH,
Toby Smith, of Skyrrold Road, Malvern, appeared at Worcester Crown Court expecting to be sentenced.
The 37-year-old carried out the ABH on January 27 this year.
But at the start of the latest hearing Andrew Davidson, defending Smith, said he was asking for an adjourment for medical reports.
Judge Nicolas Cartwright granted the adjourment before telling Smith he should return to the court on Friday, May 12, for his sentencing.

Smith was warned by the judge he was facing a potential custodial sentence for the offence.
Smith's conditional bail was renewed by the judge.
Philip Beardwell prosecuted during the short hearing at the court on Monday, (March 27).
