A TOYOTA Aygo driver from Malvern has been fined for speeding.
Simon Judd, 49, drove on the A38 Chudleigh West and Trunk Road, between Plymouth and Exeter, at a speed exceeding 50mph on Thursday, April 14.
Judd, 49, of Longridge Road, pleaded guilty at Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
He was fined £153 and was made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Judd also had to pay costs of £90 and driving record endorsed with three points.
He has until Friday, April 7 to pay the total balance £277.
