The director of music at Worcester Cathedral is giving an organ recital in Malvern.
Samuel Hudson will be using the 3,000-pipe organ at Great Malvern Priory.
His recital on Saturday, March 11 starts at 12pm and features music by Bach, Howells and also the famous and moving Angel’s Farewell from Elgar’s Dream of Gerontius.
Admission is free and the organ keyboards can be seen on a large video screen.
Samuel moved to Malvern in 2019 after eight years as organist and director of music at Blackburn Cathedral and he was previously an organ scholar at Cambridge and Wells Cathedral.
