A MALVERN man has been ordered to pay over £800 for dodging a £22.40 train fare.
Sipho Ndlovu, 28, travelled on a Great Western Railway train from Worcester without paying the £22.40 on October 2 2022.
Ndlovu, of West Malvern Road, was deemed to have avoided payment of the fare with intent.

He had his verdict proven in absence at Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 17 2023.
Ndlovu was fined £440 and was made to pay compensation of £22.40.
He was also made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £176 and costs of £180.
Ndlovu has until March 17 to pay the total balance of £818.40.
