AN UPTON-upon-Severn man has been banned from driving for six months for using his phone whilst driving.
Thomas Crump, aged 35, drove a Renault van on the M42 between junctions two and one whilst using a mobile phone on April 4 2022.
Crump, of Lockeridge Lane, had his verdict proved in a single justice procedure on October 28 2022

On January 20 at Worcester Magistrates' Court, Crump was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving license for six months due to repeat offending.
He was also fined £220 and was made to pay a £34 surcharge to fund victim services.
Crump was also made to pay costs of £90.
He has until February 17 to pay the total balance of £334.
