A 21-YEAR-old's insurance case was adjourned due to her having Covid.
Taylor Smith, of Marsh Avenue, Malvern, was scheduled to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court to make a stationary declaration.
Smith was set to say she did not know about her case for keeping a motor vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.
Smith has previously been convicted of the charge of keeping the vehicle, a Citroen in Malvern on May 11, when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act.

At the start of the hearing on January 13 the court clerk told magistrates Smith had emailed the court a picture of a positive Covid test, saying she couldn't attend.
Magistrates adjourned the case for a morning hearing on February 13.
