A WOMAN has been ordered to pay £1,000 after being convicted for drug driving.
A community order was made for Danielle Marucci, 47, at Worcester Magistrates' Court on February 7, 2020 after she was convicted of two counts of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
She also failed to provide a specimen for analysis.
Marucci, of Marlbank Road, Welland, near Malvern, was ordered to carry out unpaid work but an application to amend the order to remove the unpaid work was made on the grounds that the requirement is deemed unworkable due to employment commitments.
The amendment was granted on Friday, January 13.
The original charge for the offence was re-sentenced and she was fined a total of £1,000 for all charges.
Marucci has to pay £100 per week starting from February 27.
