A ROAD has closed after a driver crashed into a gas pipe.
Worcestershire County Council's Highways and Travel team confirmed that the B4208 Poolbrook Road is closed at the junction with Hayes Bank Road after the crash.
The driver collided with the gas pipe causing a fracture.

The road is closed at the junction with Longridge Road, Churchdown Road and at the junction of Peachfield Road.
Drivers are being asked to seek alternative routes.
A spokesperson for West Mercia police said: "We were called to Poolbrook Road in Malvern at 10.20am this morning following a report of a collision.
"Officers attended and the road was closed for a short while as a safety precaution, but it has now re-opened. No arrests have been made."
A woman and a child were assessed at the scene of the crash by the ambulance service.
A West Midlands Ambulance spokesperson said:" We were called at 9.58am to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Longridge Road and Poolbrook Road, Malvern.
"One ambulance attended and assessed a woman and child from a car. Neither required hospital treatment and were discharged on scene."
