DRIVERS are being warned that a main road is likely to close as the area floods.
Worcestershire Highways said the B4211 Hanley Road at Upton remains open at this time.
However, there is some water on the road and waters are continuing to rise.
Worcestershire Highways said: "We are likely to be closing it at some time later tonight."
Water currently covers a section of the riverside road near the Gulf Petrol Station and the turning for Hanley Road car park.
