A "DISGRACEFUL" public toilet has been highlighted by a member of the public after finding it in a disgusting condition.
The picture was taken at the Worcester Road public toilets, in front of the Malvern Fire Station.
The picture shows newspaper, discarded paper and stains all over the floor, alongside various other rubbish and a visibly unclean toilet.
Helen Taylor, of Malvern Link, came across the toilet in this condition while out on a walk with a friend on Friday, November 18, calling it "disgraceful".

Ms Taylor said: "I was out walking with a good friend, who is 70 years old, and needed an emergency toilet stop.
"She was refused access to the toilets at a shop and was told to go to the toilets opposite the Fire Station instead.
"Upon getting there, we were met with an awful smell. My friend had absolutely no other option but to use the toilet.
"I waited for her outside and felt bad that it was her only option. All the other three toilets were locked and it was only 2pm."
The toilet was reported to Malvern Hills District Council, who acknowledged and apologised for the situation it was left in.
All public toilets in Malvern and surrounding areas are maintained by Malvern Hills District Council.

Ian Edwards, director of economy and environment at Malvern Hills District Council, said: “We have received a report about the public toilet on Worcester Road, Malvern Link.
"The condition of this toilet is unacceptable, we apologise and are currently investigating this issue.
"Our operative has attended this toilet over the weekend and someone was on-site this morning to check its condition.
"We aim to attend our public toilets two to three times a day to ensure they are clean and clear of debris.
"However, our toilets are not staffed 24/7 so they are at risk of becoming dirty even a short while after our operatives have left the site.
"We endeavour to keep our public toilets to a high standard of cleanliness for our residents and visitors”.
