A MALVERN nursery has been praised by Ofsted and given an "outstanding" rating.
Little Oaks Day Nursery was inspected on August 16, 2022, and Ofsted was impressed by all areas throughout the inspection.
Inspectors found management and staff to be "confident" in their planning and able to tailor activities to meet children's individual needs.
Ofsted found that children receive "superb" support and guidance and the nursery's SEND coordinator is "passionate about her role" and "demonstrates an excellent understanding of children's unique characteristics and abilities."
The relationships between parents and the nursery were described as "exemplary" as parents think the staff at the nursery are "fabulous".
Inspectors also commented on the feelings of staff at Little Oaks Day Nursery.
They said: "Staff thrive because leaders are highly motivated in their roles.

"They receive focused targets to advance their continuous professional development.
"The manager, who is also a trained assessor, is highly skilled to prioritise training to improve staff knowledge, teaching, and children's learning.
"Staff well-being is extremely important to leaders.
"They ensure staff have opportunities to have their views heard.
"Leaders establish strong networks with other childcare professionals to encourage staff to discuss their workloads in confidence."
The nursery manager, Sharon Tudge, said: “The team worked through some difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic, helping to make sure that key workers were able to carry on working, while maintaining a high level of care for the children.
"It’s a pleasure to have such wonderful children and parents at our nursery and we like to think of ourselves as one big family.

"I am extremely proud of my team, who all work hard and always have the children’s best interests at heart.
