A CAR on its way to the tip should have been left there, say police.
West Mercia Police seized a vehicle that had no MOT, insurance or tax as well as a bald tyre.
Alongside the vehicle being seized, the driver was reported.
A spokesperson from West Mercia Police said: "This vehicle was stopped in Malvern doing a run to the tip.
